Not sure where to post this, but basically I've been getting a real bad case of eye bags lately. I'm 33 now, but it's really bad for my age compared to other people. I think it's cause I worked mining and didn't get near as much sleep as I should have cause of all the overtime.
However, I tried this remedy where you put this white sheets under your eyes that moisten them and my ex gave them to me. We are not on good terms now, so I don't want to ask her what they were called. I went to some stores and asked around, but they don't carry them, and a lot of people don't know what I am talking about.
Does anyone know what these are called by any chance?
Periorbital puffiness, also known as "puffy eyes", or swelling around the eyes, is the appearance of swelling in the tissues around the eyes, called the orbits sometimes called eye bags... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Periorbital_puffiness
Puffy eyes generally result from a variety of factors, including:
•Overconsumption of salt, which causes fluid retention.
•Allergies that can cause inflammation and swelling.
•Sinus problems.
•Dehydration.
•Fatigue and lack of sleep.
•Stress.
•Crying.
•Aging
Oh okay well for the past three years I have been only getting 4-6 hours of sleep on work nights cause of all the required overtime, which is at least five nights a week. Could that be it?
