Not sure where to post this, but basically I've been getting a real bad case of eye bags lately. I'm 33 now, but it's really bad for my age compared to other people. I think it's cause I worked mining and didn't get near as much sleep as I should have cause of all the overtime.

However, I tried this remedy where you put this white sheets under your eyes that moisten them and my ex gave them to me. We are not on good terms now, so I don't want to ask her what they were called. I went to some stores and asked around, but they don't carry them, and a lot of people don't know what I am talking about.

Does anyone know what these are called by any chance?

Oh okay well for the past three years I have been only getting 4-6 hours of sleep on work nights cause of all the required overtime, which is at least five nights a week. Could that be it?
