I was sweeping leaves off the porch and all of a sudden I was having sneezing fits every hour for 2 days. Eyes itchy and wouldn’t stop watering. The sneezing has eased up but my whole stomach and back are sore. It’s hard to cough or sneeze at all because it hurts. Could this all be from all the sneezing I did the last few days?

ummm, you must have sneezed a lot and perhaps don't sneeze often.
In the last year or so I would get that tickle in my nose and it would bring on sometimes 8-9 consecutive sneezes and it FELT GOOD actually, did not hurt my ribs/stomach.

Absolutely. That kind of sneezing – it's kind of violent – can rack and wrench your body. You might try some acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help ease your soreness.
I've heard you can crack a rib by sneezing hard enough, so sore muscles makes perfect sense.
