Too many, but that's the breaks. Take blood pressure meds (losartan/HCTZ), hydroxyzine, bcp, allergy meds.

Bless your heart and best wishes. I'm not happy having to take so many meds at a young age, but when I consider the alternative....

I really don't understand why anyone will take garlic as a pill (didnt know it existed) or tumeric, echinaceea or probiotic.

One can cook with garlic, turmeric, echinecea and have lots of yogurt. way cheaper and healthier.

Sure....you can throw garlic into about anything you're cooking - of course the more you use the more you'll taste. But even if you're cooking Indian food every day you're probably not using turmeric every single day because not all dishes call for it.

How do YOU eat it every day?

I take turmeric every day but not as a pill. I buy it in bulk at the Middle Eastern market (extremely cheap), and put a heaping teaspoon into a half cup of warm milk first thing every morning. Grind some black pepper on top and stir it up.

I've gotten to where I not only don't mind the taste, I actually like it. It takes the place of that first cup of coffee most people prefer.
