I had a chest infection for a while and am better. Now I have symptoms of iron, Vitamin B12 vitamin D deficiency. This has not been confirmed and I am awaiting the results of a blood test. I have also been getting a choking sensation but I am not worrying about anything and think it is nutrition related. Does anyone have any advice? I don't want to worry.

No one here can diagnose you. Did your previous provider order the blood test? Wait for the results. Once you have them you can make the most informed decision about what is needed. To speculate and get a bunch of opinions from a forum might cause you to worry more and won't solve anything either.

How do you know about the iron, B12 and Vit D deficiency if you are waiting for blood test.

Couldn't rep you again but totally agree. Wait until you get your test results back before you start diagnosing yourself.

Great advice!
Just relax, try not to worry and wait on the results and your doctor's instructions.

Yeah good advice above no sense worrying when you don't have any information yet...
Most of the deficiencies you listed above don't really have symptoms other than very vague things like fatigue which could be anything.
Even you do have any of the deficiencies listed they are all readily correctable....don't waste energy on worrying
I find my lab test results are available same day. I have online access to results, before that I had them mail them to me.

Thanks, you have all been very helpful and listened. I should continue a balance diet and wait for the results. One of my colleagues does not help at work and keeps making snide remarks about the work overload which built up when I was in hospital. This is making me ill and I have supported her many times through her health issues.
