I read it on instagram that it helps your spine and gives support.
I'm in my 30s but I'm curious about this.
Depending on where you place the pillow, I know that some do sleep with a pillow between their legs to keep the pressure off their spine, this when they sleep on their sides.
I sleep on my back and don't move a lot and use a pillow under my calves to keep my heels from rubbing on bedsheets.
Those pillows, (you can use any pillow), do work well for me. I sleep on my side, and those pillows are the only reason I can get comfortable in bed. For back sleepers, a wedge pillow works very well. Pamper you feet and legs, they do work hard anytime you stand/walk.
