I notice i been having white/grey hair and its due to stress and very little sleep. I did this for a long time but now i think it caught up with me. So i read online that vitamin b5, b6, b12 and vitamin e is good for grey hair. But vitamin b5 and b6 is very good for it.

Now would it be foolish to buy all these vitamin supplements on amazon? I read better you get these vitamins with food... do most agree?

But which of these vitamin supplements should i buy though in that list? I assume i should get at least one of them?

Do you hope your grey will go away with vitamins? Not going to happen on it's own, sorry.

That said, you can cover all of the B's by taking a B complex. You can also take a multi-vitamin that will cover most vitamins.
I take this B Complex, there are many. I just post this as an example.

Food is better than supplements for vitamins simply because they are much better absorbed. Food doesn't always cover them all which is why people take supplements.

Get old and turn into a walking-zombie, grey hair and all.............vitamins ain't gonna change that.

IMHO, it is best to eat a diet high in biologically-available micronutrients.

Before you start loading up your body with B supplements you should perhaps go to a doctor and get some blood work done. You may not have a b deficiency so taking b supplements would be pointless.
If you have a diverse diet that includes lots of vegetables, lean animal protein (b12), whole grains, fruits, you should not need to take a supplement.
No B vitamin will turn your grey hair back to its natural color.

I work to eat organics and also believe in supplements and for sure when aging. I started supplementing in my 50's as I've like to grow older as gracefully as I can. As far as grey hair and I just let mine go "natural" about a year ago, I believe so much is genetic. My dad was still dark hair when he passed in his 90's. As for B vits, I use them and I have issues that I feel they do help. One of my neighbor guy is mid 40's and he's totally gray. He looks good.

From all I've read and thinking about the years I've been around, the soils are pretty depleted of minerals.

well, "good for it", in that they will help you have healthier grey (gray) hair.

-Yes, it would be foolish if you buy all these supplements without doing blood-analysis. These are not candies. But no problem to take them naturally from food.
-Take it as a rule, Over than normal or Less than normal are both bad to your body. What you need is just NORMAL.
-You said: "due to stress, and very little sleep". Then, remove stress & get enough sleep.
-Include in your analysis vitD because a lot of youth have problem with it specially girls and ladies.

Good luck
