Anyone? I can't seem to think this out to see, if buying an egg white powder exceeds the value of buying dozens of eggs.
Trader Joe's has Life Balance egg white powder for 8 oz/9.99. Anyone use?

Not here, I never used any powder foods. I buy Whole Foods or TJ's organic eggs and usually eat one daily. Eat it all. Went thru that white only issue and can't go there.

More nutritional value in an egg than in just the whites. I just buy one dozen eggs but am not sure what you're getting at. Health? Money?

Not sure either...?
I'd not buy powdered whites because in my mind they'd never rival fresh eggs for any reason.

.2 oz equals one egg, into 8 oz =
40 servings, into 9.99 = .25 per egg
Do the same for the liquid eggs.
And check my math, I'm still really groggy.

Sorry so late. TY all for replies. I went back to the Eggland's Best (125 mg of Omega's) dozen. It is best for $ & health, as yolk is hard to knowingly waste. TY again.
