Ok, I don't think either are at play. Actually when my BP started dropping I went to my doctor and asked her to consider bad reasons that it might be happening... I feared internal hemorrhaging from an ulcer or something. She did some testing, though she didn't test my heart specifically and pronounced me ok.

I have also had my fasting insulin tested and it is normal / low too. I had considered the IR scenario when considering Intermittent Fasting. But I just don't have any of the signs of insulin resistance and IR does nothing for me.

I didn't get into it in the original post but the thing that weirds me out is that on all markers of common blood tests everything has improved. Sometimes I have wondered if the labs have tightened up their procedures or something. Though I do actually get blood tests from different labs. Liver function, kidney function, iron status, platelet status, all these common markers have only improved as I age. The only thing that hasn't changed at all is cholesterol. Though triglycerides have improved.

One reason I am asking is to see if anyone raises a red flag but so far.. most people are like, just be happy.

I was going to say the same thing...but didn't want to bring the OP down. I'd hope a doctor would consider the possibilities. Blood pressure especially can be too low.
