TENS units have been marketed for decades.

You would be better off to go for a walk. Walk for a mile, turn around and walk back home again. That is a total of a 2-mile walk, it should take you a little over 30-minutes.

A low-stress 30-minute cardio workout is the best thing for your system.

https://patient.info/health/painkillers/tens-machines Where in this description of a tens device does the Dr Hos product fall short of its claims?

Where in this description of TENS device does it even say what TENS units are even used for?

If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a QUACK!

I use a TENS unit for fibro and RA pain when it's bad. We have two types of units, one from the Federal Gov't to my husband (expensive) and one for $20 from Amazon - the Amazon one is better IMO.

I guess theoretically it could help with circulation, and if you cannot move around a lot it could be a good option for you to try.... at the $20 price point.
