When I was kid, very rarely when I would walk very fast or run, things that I never did as I wasnt an active kid, I would feel like a burning/pressure sensation either in the left or right side right below the pec
Around the diaphragm and once I stopped running, it would subside. This rarely happened like I can count the times in happened with my hand. I always wondered what it was. I didn’t have it again later in life because I assumed my endurance and stamina improved
But how coincidental that my supposedly gerd pressure happens right in that same area but is subtle compared to the burning feeling id get as a kid when over exerting myself
What could this have been All my heart and blood work test came out ok but i doubt is that
I suppose is the diaphragm and because over exerting myself
Most people, while being active, have experienced this. It's just a side-stitch. Your diaphragm can fatigue and cramp, just like other muscles in your body. Gets better with improved endurance, proper breathing, etc.

You need to get a handle on your hypochondriasis or it will cripple you more than any side stitch ever could....
I didn't have health anxiety before, because I didn't have any symptoms of anything happening, so why would I get anxious back then.
Your pain is most likely related to your GERD that we have given you advice about. Getting the tests on your heart and receiving normal results should put you at ease.
When my GERD began bothering me years ago, I felt much irritation in my chest. My heart was fine.
I wish you would pay attention to Bluedevilz. Many of us are too polite to say it, but we are thinking exactly the same thing.

It's not that easy to solve something like this. I could go to therapy, not only it would cost me lots of money, but is not something that can be solved instantly. I think my case is a combination of everything, I'm stressed out, plus anxiety from my symtopms, thinking is something worse.
For example, last night, I had a panic attack while trying to sleep, I started shaking and having chills, took hydroxyzine, which is a sedative and it instantly calmed me down, the chills went away and slept
I never had a panic attack like this before. I've been too stressed out with work, finally is over and I get to have vacation now, and all these health anxiety I've having
Its hard to not have those negative thoughts that something is wrong, that something bad will happen
