update, I fell again 4 weeks ago doing something stupid. I have a major tear in my meniscus. Had another MRI and I am going for orthoscopic surgery in September. We already know my ACL is torn but the doctor said we can leave it if my knee is stable and it is. different doctor this time but in the same practice. The other doctor I saw is now solely dealing with sports injury's. There are days where I am in a lot of pain and somedays where there is no pain. Same day operation and it's on a Friday so I will have the weekend to rest. I hope to be at work that Monday but if not I'll work from home. He said they let you walk on it right after the operation and they give you a cane.
