What are your symptoms, explain more what is going on.

Have you ever done research for your issues.

Make an appointment with a doctor. They will run some blood tests to see if in fact you are B12 deficient and look for anything else.
Start taking B12 now, make sure it is a sublingual pill that dissolves. It will get into your system better.

diarrhea, nausea, constipation, bloating , cramps? Any of that? I have IBS.

If you recently became Vegan, it could just be your body adjusting to a change in diet.

I’ve had IBS for 25 years. They tested me for everything imaginable and nothing came back positive. The only thing that ever worked were the anti spastic pills that dissolve in your mouth. I always found those helped my symptoms. Oddly as I got into my early 30s I found my IBS symptoms improved quite a bit

I had it for a couple of years, and don't anymore. It was horrible. Worst thing in the world.

I believe mine was caused by stress. I was under intense stress at the time (and have been since, but during this time, I think I was overwhelmed, grieving a death, etc.)

This might sound silly but I had a friend with IBS who had it for years.... she was overweight and went to one of the clubs. Slimming World or one of those places. she lost five stones in nine months and her IBS disappeared.. could eating the wrong foods or overeating also cause this. I dont know as have never had it..

My IBS with constipation coincided with my MS symptoms appearing when I was 30. I took so many laxatives that I sometimes had accidents. Quite embarrassing. God Bless my late husband who helped me with those trying times. I tried castor oil, omg, I think I puked! Threw the whole bottle away minus only 1tbl. That got me thinking about oil in general. I bought a bottle of mineral oil from Wally-World, took 3tbl that night, successfully pooped in the morning and I have never looked back. I am right as rain now every morning. No taste, just feels like you have chapstick on your lips for a little while.

Hope this tip can help someone who needs it.
