After much research, I have made my decision. No drugs for me. I know those, who have taken osteoporosis drugs, and still have broken their bones. I know someone who have lost teeth, and have had to rebuild their jaw. Another person, broke their hip. They say these side affects are rare, so I guess it`s like hitting the lottery, knowing two people. Guess I will be looking for a new doctor, as he said, no side affects...twice.
I will do what I can myself. It`s a good thing that I like sardines, and spinach, as they are good for your bones. . Also it will be walking weather soon. Thanks again, for all your advice, and personal experiences.
