Sleep is very important for good health. How long does it take you to fall asleep, or how long do you give yourself to fall asleep before you give up?

If I have had a very physically active day, maybe 5-10 minutes. Otherwise, it could be 2 hours. I don't think I am wide awake that whole time, but I keep waking up. Time for a pill.

I zone out for about 45 minutes before I actually fall asleep. By zone out, I mean not quite awake, not quite asleep.

I'm out like a light about 10 minutes or so after my head hits the pillow at 10:30 or so. I start preparing my body for sleep at about 9PM with the stuff I take in my sleep combo.

Yes, sleep is healing....

Unless my guy is snoring, I am typically asleep in 5 or 10 minutes. I drink caffeine all day long but it's never given me any issues, even if it's coffee after dinner. If I happen to wake up in the middle of the night I'm usually right back to sleep - I may look at my phone for 15 minutes and I'm out.

Once I turn off the telly, about 5 minutes.
