Normal my temp is between 97.5 to 98.6. Iíve been having stomach issues lately and took my temp and it was 96.5. I hadnít drank anything cold and I also checked another thermometer to compare. Iíve notice this happening a lot lately. It was about that low the other night. I went to sleep and woke up in the middle of the night and took it again and it was 97.7. This morning it was about 97.2 then an hour later I was cold and took it and it was 96.3. Then I went back to sleep for a bit when I got up it was 98.... So it goes up and down. I do have hypothyroidism and take meds but my numbers were normal recently.

Our temperatures do fluctuate a bit, I wouldn't worry about it. It's normal.

"The normal human body temperature range is typically stated as 36.5–37.5 įC (97.7–99.5 įF).[8]"

Normal body temps go up and down, and apparently, so do yours.
