But Ive had it cleaned it out by a doctor and also flush it with warm water monthly. Very strange. Anyone else ever had this happen?

It could be a lot of things. You may need to see a specialist ENT doctor if it doesn't clear up.

My ears are a wax factory.I use wax cleaner but doesn't do much good,Primary uses laser and will remove wax almost the size of a small pea.
