Whenever I urinate bubbles form in the toilet (pain, kidney, lower back)

When I urinate bubbles a lot of them form in the toilet and most of the bubbles eventually dissipate. Is this a sign of kidney damage?

Sometimes I feel like there is pain in my lower back/waist area
