I scrub head to toe with a soapy washcloth every shower. If you just rinse a body part off with water or run a bar of soap over an area without a wash cloth or scrubby sponge, you will never get the dead skin cells off. Yuck!

Every person sheds 30,000 to 40,000 dead skin cells per hour - that's nearly a million skin cells in one day. So yes, I scrub the clinging dead cells (body dandruff) off my legs and every other part of my body every time I take a shower.

I use my loofa brush and make a swipe or two to keep healthy skin regeneration. Scrub my ankles and feet too. Lol.

I'm gonna guess that most people who don't wash their legs probably won't comment in this thread, and probably didn't participate in the twit poll, either.

No. Especially if you have a social life. I'm just saying.

When I take a shower the entire body gets washed. You wash your feet, why would you not wash your legs on the way down to your feet? Five minutes the entire body is washed and ready for the day.

I guess you didn't see my response. I don't wash my legs everyday. Like I said, in the warm months, I shave them, and I do moisturize them but no...I don't wash them everyday. I do, however, shower everyday, and I use soap and water...so I'm clean folks.
