I have chronic sinusitis.
Doc recommends doing Balloon Sinuplasty.

Has anyone been through this procedure here?
I would appreciate some comments. How did it go, what to expect, results etc...

It went well, a little uncomfortable for a day or so. Felt real good to breathe normally, but after about 6 months was back to same chronic problem so I won't bother anymore.

When I have a flare up I use prednisone prescribed by my ENT doctor. Most of my allergies are food related, not all, and I started a gluten free diet a few years ago and that helps tremendously. Milk and wheat products are the worst for me, so I avoid those. When I have a vegetation( tree-shrub-flower pollen) flare up I use the prednisone.
When needed I use the prednisone 4mg dose pack for minor flare ups or 10mg for severe flare ups. That gives me relief for several weeks to several months depending on what season it is.
