"Vinegar interferes with digestion, and consequently the body receives less nourishment and impurities enter the bloodstream."
The link talks about vinegar and not ACV, a difference????
I use some rice vinegars for my salads sometimes and even the ACV for salads and use regular white vinegar for cleaning mirrors.
Again, like so much, everyone has something the opposite to say than others.
But the jennifer person says, vinegar is vinegar....so I don't know and I'm still alive after decades of vinegar consumption, I was born and raised with oil and vinegar on our salads...

No matter how you flavor it, vinegar is acetic acid, period
Everything else is just flavor and what the source is.
White vinegar is just distilled cider vinegar, no more, no less
