Something I've noticed is there's something about Chinese food that always makes me feel kind of ill, nothing major just kind of bad, and it seemingly doesn't matter what I get.

OP: Could be it's loaded with MSG and also a lot of sodium and other spices. I usually eat it once every 6 weeks or so and I'm fine...no MSG is used.

Could be MSG, could be gluten (soy sauce has gluten), could be 100 different things. If it makes you not feel well, then don't eat it.

Some restaurants do not use MSG. Ask.

Hum, the hyper-junkiness of many modern foods can leave you nauseated and/or ill.

All of those cheap oils, crazy seasoning, heaps of sugar that are now so common in all restaurant foods, spicy this and spicy that.........eating-out can leave me on the toilet for quite a while.

Who knows? Maybe it's MSG symptom complex?

What do you mean? Kind of hard to comment on what might cause "bad".

American Chinese food is usually pretty high in sugar. That could make you feel unwell.

Is it ALL Chinese food regardless of restaurant? Maybe itís the spices or oils.
