if it is then what pies or pastries have only a little? A whole apple pie has 8 servings, 310 mg of sodium. Is it a lot of sodium of the person eats the whole apple pie? This is a No sugar added but it says 19g of sugar. Again, the whole apple pie I am talking about.

No, that's not high per serving. Take a look at the sodium in a serving of Ramen noodles, prepared soups, potato chips by comparison. You weren't planning on eating the entire pie in one day were you? If you are on a sodium-restricted diet it is probably a daily restriction. You'd also have to add in the sodium you eat in everything else on that particular day to figure out whether you exceed the restriction. As for the sugar, you are thinking of refined sugar. There are multiple types of sugar: fructose, maltose, dextrose, etc. Fruit and pastry contain sugar, its just a different type. The pie still contains sugar, it just wasn't added to what the other ingredients already contain.

I ate all of it. Today is the first day of eating healthy. So far this year I only lasted 2 weeks the most without binge eating. You guys think that's a lot? That's nothing. I also ate almost 9.5 oz of potato chips but Utz brand which has very little salt. I used to binge eat a lot more and still that's nothing. At my best I can't even binge eat 1/4 of what I've seen the champions of binge eating being able to do. They actually get paid and have world records. I thought I was binge eating a lot until I saw what they could do and they do it 10 times faster than I can. 1 apple pie in 1 day is nothing. They will eat it in a minute or seconds. Just look up Matt Stonie and Furious Pete on Youtube. The only challenge I would like to compete in is drinking one 20 oz of water to see who is faster, but that's it.

Good for you for having the low-sodium potato chips! But don't forget, that same bag gave you 1500 calories and 140 carbs. That's a lot for a snack.
