Dr had me do echo and stress echo (doctor, cholesterol, cause)

She said my EKG at my physical showed a couple lines she just “wanted to check”. Had me do an echo, that was normal. My cholesterol came back high so she had me do a stress echo. That was normal. Why did the EKG show something off but other tests were normal?
