My platelet count is 478 my Hemoglobin 11.4. Last year it was 384 and 14.6. My MCH, MPV, and MCHC are slightly low also but weren’t last year. My red blood cell count and hematocrit is in normal range but lower than last year. Does this mean I’m anemic? Also I was reading that high platelet count can mean cancer. Waiting to hear back from my dr.

From what I see on google, it sounds like anemia. Hopefully your doctor will get back to you asap
