How many people have died or gotten sick from T-shirt’s tainted with Agent Orange?
Probably nobody since Vietnam imports almost 70% of the cotton from the US. Vietnam is a leading garment manufacturer but they grow so little of their own. Odds are a T-shirt made in Vietnam was made from mostly US cotton.
Should I have cause for concern about my T-shirts made in Vietnam being contaminated with residues of agent orange?
Nope. Odds are the cotton probably came from the US, the dyes from India, the fabric softeners and other chemicals from China, the threads from Burma, the labels from the Philippines and the packaging from Thailand.

I’m almost sure they import their cotton. The OP has a better chance stepping on a Vietnamese land mine here in the states than get clothing contaminated by Agent Orange. Besides, the people making clothes from contaminated cotton would get sick and set off red flags.
Where have the tshirts been made that you have worn throughout your life? and are you feeling any physical effects of the tshirts made in south east Asia?
