I've come to the conclusion that you're just trolling us.

No, I really have binge eating disorder. I am binge eating right now. It looks like I have to start again tomorrow with the plan of exercising starting on Saturday. When I exercise I have a better chance of eating normal but I have to be in the mood to exercise. So I will take it easy. I will exercise only 3 times next week but start on Saturday. I have chronic kidney disease stage 3a since the last time I checked and I had high blood pressure since age 12 so what am I trolling about?

Seems to me you are reading and responding to posts on C-D, not binge eating, but I suppose it is possible to do both at once. You do know the definition of trolling (on social media) right? Just in case you aren't sure, here's a definition for you:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_troll

You start a thread you know will stir people up, not because you actually want anything productive to come of it. You just want to argue uselessly because that keeps people engaged. Because no matter what people suggest you have an excuse handy why you can't change anything about your life. You are resigned to being a victim and don't really want to hear anything that night convince you to break that cycle. This is an attitude that advances your physical disease. Not being "in the mood" to exercise, procrastination. Blaming therapists for being unable to help you stop binge eating. Wailing that no one can stop the inevitable progression of your kidney disease because you have had it for decades. These are excuses to do nothing.

FWIW, what you seem to be asking for is permission from anonymous strangers to sit around and wait for the inevitable, plus wring a little extra sympathy out of these strangers along the way. Whether kidney failure or hemorrhage comes first doesn't really matter does it? Isn't the end result the same?

One thing that disables trolls is not to respond to the bait they dangle in front of well meaning people.

Starting that right now...

Actually, I am pretty sure this first assertion is false. Binge-eating disordering is merely a pattern of behavior that has been described and stuck in the DSM. It is not one permanent thing that manifests and unfolds in everyone in exactly the same way. The doctors are not gods who know exactly what you are going to have for the rest of your life. Do not give them this power.

We are talking about a psychological illness/diagnosis. Psychological illnesses are by their nature less objectively provable, quantifiable or predictable than many physical illnesses. And yet, with just a handful of exceptions, even the most deadly illnesses do not predictably kill everyone, there are almost always survivors. There have even been rare, but documented cases of spontaneous remission from deadly cancers. So, someone can experience spontaneous remission from cancer, yet your doctors just know that you will always have binge-eating disorder?

Like, I said, donít let them have this power over you!

At stage 3a its a definite wake up call to address your lifestyle as to doing whats best for your kidneys, heres a read on the issue =https://www.nephrocare.co.za/patient...rly-stage.html .
If you seriously want to avoid total renal failure and the prospect of dialysis for the rest of your life start speaking with a nephrologist and a dietician familiar with renal issues.

I already went to a kidney specialist. I went to several. The last one I went actually gave me lisinopril. I asked her several times before she gave it to me if it's 100% safe to take and she said yes and that there wouldn't be any negative side effects. A week later I go for a regular physical checkup and my potassium was high for the first time ever. I went back to the kidney specialist the week later and she said she wanted to do blood work. I asked why. She said that lisinopril can increase my potassium and that is dangerous for the kidneys. I stopped taking other medications because it makes another chronic medical condition even worse. I saw another kidney specialist this year. The same thing happened so I stopped taking medications. I even tried supplements and the same thing happens every time so no medications or supplements for me.
