How about walking immediate after a meal. My husband and I did that and the snoring has been reduced for both of us.

Sleeping positions also help. When I sleep on my side and face down I don't snore at all. But when I sleep on my back face up, I am prone to snoring.

Sleeping positions can really make a difference in snoring. With that being said, sleeping on your side not only prevents snoring but also is one of the best positions for your spine.
