I know the Apple Watch has features that will warn you to seek medical care if your heart rate or heart arrhythmia is in a dangerous level. Are there any other smart watches that have this heart monitor and alert feature that’s more affordable than the Apple Watch? Does the Fitbit give warnings or do they merely record your exercise heart rate?

AFAIK the fitbit just monitors heart rate and doesn't have EKG like heart rhythm capabilities.

I would imagine that you would be able to tell when in Afib,or is there some other arrhythmia you're concerned about?
