Lemon juice is good for so many health conditions. I used to drink the juice every day.

But after a lifetime of no cavities, I suddenly had 16 of them, and dentist said due to enamel wearing off from the acid in lemons.

Ya can't win!

Eat a bunch and take your blood pressure.
My big fear is if I start taking my pressure meds, my pressure won't go down much. And then the bigger fear is if I miss a dose the pressure will climb beyond what it was before. But maybe who knows, I'll start taking lemon juice in my water.

Yeah, wow, sorry to hear that. 16 sounds like an awful lot of cavities suddenly. I mean how many lemons did you take in on a daily basis? something ain't right here, I don't think.

OK, now I really have to ask you a question. How much did your BP drop? And I wonder if I can quit salt. I love salt. But how long does it take for the pressure to go down after you stop using added salt in your food?

@Sand&Salt

a straw would fix your acid problem.

K2 is really helpful for cavities, most people are deficient with the modern diet, only in a few foods.
K2 Also helps with blood pressure, keeps the calcium out of your arteries.
Normally sold with vitamin D, multivitamin(make sure it says K2, not just K like Naturello), or K complex.

"One dramatic case history involved a 14-year-old girl who after taking Activator X concentrate and high-vitamin cod liver oil capsules three times daily during the space of seven months experienced the complete healing of the whopping 42 cavities she had in 24 teeth"

Some other ideas for blood pressure from Dr. Sinatra

So are you taking your prescribed blood pressure meds? Speaking from experience, they will help lower your pressure, along with exercise, lowering your salt intake.

Also speaking from experience, the consequences of uncontrolled or poorly controlled blood pressure over time can be devastating.

Drink all the lemon juice you want, but it's foolhardy not to take your prescribed medication.

Don't guess. Buy a blood pressure cuff and KNOW. They are inexpensive.

I think the theory is that lemons are acidic, but once in the bloodstream become alkaline.

All disease has inflammation as an underlying problem which a acidic environment promotes and contributes to (feedback loop) - so if you can make your system more alkaline, inflammation will be reduced and the body restored to homeostasis.
