Being angry is just part of the withdrawal process. It goes away.
The end result is so worth it. I've been smoke free now for 11 years.

There's this other guy at his job that quit 3 weeks ago and now they're keeping tabs on each other. That IS good.
It doesn't matter "how" you quit, so long as you quit....right? I had to do it cold turkey because with me it's all or nothing. If you are going to tease me with nicotine in gum, just give me a cigarette But whatever is easier for you is what you should do.

It's great your B/F has someone at work to keep him motivated when you cannot be there for/with him during that time.

Well, it's been 20 days!!! Went to a Christmas dinner last night for one of the companies I work for and I made it through. That one was the toughest though. Almost everyone there smokes along with their significant others and that includes my Dad!!! I had 2 drinks and could smell people coming back inside from smoking......I thought I wanted one. But I grabbed a bottle of water and my peppermint gum and sat with my momma. She has never smoked, hates smoking but both of her daughters smoked and her husband does too. She was a big help last night. My little sister quit a year ago, I am quitting, now we hope my Dad will too.

Anyway, have a wonderful day and keep up the great work!!! Hugs. T.

Five million people still continue to smoke, with the information from the internet, it can be easily found out why it’s not good to smoke.
