I truly believe that a REAL VIENESA (AKA German Wiener), put together and sold in Germany, Switzerland and the Likes of Austria, would never fall in that LIST.
I believe though that MOST Frankfurter Dogs in America are made with anything except 100 Meat, just read the labels before buying them, thus the 36 minutes is probably a valid number.
You might wanna sink your teeth into a ~Boar Head~ Wiener here in the USA for a shadow of a taste of the real thing from the countries I mentioned before.

The unhealthy nature of hotdogs has less to do with the meat cuts than the curing salts used to make hot dogs, bacon, sausage, etc, which are carcinogenic. You can put Kale in Sodium Nitrite and it will become much less healthy.
Didn't they used to say that every cigarette shortens life by seven minutes, how is a hotdog that much worse?
