Around the beginning of July, I woke up one morning and one of my ears and one nostril was stuffed. My girlfriend had the A/C really cold. I told myself that was the cause and shrugged it off. My problem is, ever since then, my head and nose has been "stuffy" for at least 3-5 days out of the week. I haven't developed a cough, but there's definitely been mucus in my sinuses.
Considering that I'm vaccinated, have no cough, no fever, or shortness of breath, I assumed it isn't covid.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? I feel like it may be allergies. It's bearable most days, but then there are nights like tonight where my head hurts and I'm stuffy. To further explain the feeling, it's a similar feeling as "catching a cold" or fever but never develops into one and I never actually have high temperature.
In my highly unofficial and definitely inexpert opinion, it sounds like sinus pressure. Make an appt with your PCP or better, do a telemed session with him/her.
You could try a hot steaming beverage like green tea. It clears my sinuses nicely.
If you are spending a lot of time indoors in air conditioning it could be the dry air that is causing sinus problems. The air conditioner takes moisture out of the air. If you feel worse being outside it is likely a reaction to some sort of vegetation that is in bloom this time of the year.

If you have a higher than normal body temp that's a sign your immune system is trying to fight off an invader. Start with your PCP. It may be a low grade sinus infection antibiotics could clear up. Who knows what kicked it off.

I have sinus problems, and do nasal (netti pot) saline rinses when necessary. It's the only way I know to flush out what tends to get backed up and/or irritated. The actual product is NASAFlo by NeilMed. Here's a link to the product in Walgreens: https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/ne...56564-product#!
I know that's not any kind of answer or diagnosis, but that might bring relief. I have mysterious conditions on my side, but that at least helps.
