Where clothes with pockets. Always have a few cough drops in the pockets. Invest in giant sized bags of cough drops. Have them in your purse, in your car, in your bedside table.


Prop your head up at night on a few pillows.


Never eat spicy stuff. Quit sodas and limit caffeine. Do whatever your dr. says. When nothing he says to do works, do the above.
