The problem with "getting other people's opinions" is that we don't have nearly enough information about her specific situation (how well she's coping with dialysis, effects on other organs) or other health concerns to provide you with very meaningful advice. Based on that alone, anything the non-professionals here could suggest, regardless how well intended and despite the well known biases some members always default to, it is like throwing spaghetti against a wall hoping something will stick. Most people here toss out anecdotes which may be of little use to anyone else. Maybe a better approach would be to discuss it with her doctor first, then throw the question to the masses to see what else might be out there. A bit more grist for the mill as it were.

Yup gonna tell her to discuss it more with her doctor and the medical workers at the dialysis clinic as well as the patients there who have taken the Vaccine as well.
