Are you drinking enough water? No, seriously, as in enough?
That will contribute to sadness!
Enough sleep?
Are you taking vitamins? Vitamin D supplements? Magnesium?
Chromium Picolinate? MK-7?
Are you eating a lot of junk food (or drinking junk like pop)?
Usually if I start to feel funky it's usually one of the above reasons.
