Default Fruits, Vege's and Teas May Protect Tobacco Smokers (Study)

Here's a study out of UCLA showing that tobacco smokers who eat 3 servings a day of fruits and/or vege's and drink Green or Black Tea daily may be protecting themselves from Lung Cancer according to a study. It showed that smokers who ate certain Flavanoids had the best chance of not getting Lung Cancer and those Flavanoids/Foods are ....Kaempferol found in Brussel Sprouts and Apples and also Qeurcetin found in Beans, Onions and Apples.

Heard about this. But smokers BEWARE - Cig. Smoke contains a lot of nasty, nasty stuff - nicotine is a depressant and poison - Arsenic - another killer. Formelerhyde - used on dead bodies to preserve them and lots of others....brussel sprouts are great but would be even more beneficial without the vile evil dangers of cig. smoke.....
