Well, I eat PUMPKIN seeds and cabbage, and pomegranate off that list. My mom grows Swiss Chard in her garden.
I don't think I've ever even seen beets not in a jar...
and purslane? I know it makes good groundcover!
Wonder what's up w/cinnamon being so good? Guess i should read the article.

I'm curious about dried plums... actually not a fan of any of dried fruits... Guess I should read the article. Same as cinnamon. Never heard that it's that great to eat.
Beets - love them! Full of iron!
Pomegranate - love it too, but it's so annoying to eat. I prefer the juice...
Swiss Chard/Cabbage - yum!!!!
Goji berries - superfoods. I also love Montmorency Tart Cherries, which are not as know, but some of their qualities are even better then goji ones...

Good article. I think the salad would be delicioius, but I'd substitute almonds for peanuts and virgin olive oil plus lemon for the canola oil. (I avoid canola oil completely, as I don't believe it's all that healthful for one).

Ive had everything on the list except for goji berries.
I eat lots of cinnamon, I put it in smoothies, in my coffee, in some tea. Cinnamon is great for lowering blood sugar and cholesterol and I think blood pressure too.
Those dried plums(prunes), if you want a tasty way to eat them, buy the cherry flavored ones. They come in handy little snack size bags so you can have them anywhere. And stay regular wherever you go too.
