Well, there are probably to many dental practices in the USA that find things wrong with patients that aren't even wrong, just to make a profit.

And then you have plenty that are honest and treat what's necessary only. Between both there are probably a large amount of practices.

I don't understand the question either, just felt like rambling a bit.

The dental office I worked for ordered supplies through Patterson Dental, among other places. Yes, there are many places that cater to dentists with supplies.
