truthfully, I think some of these numbers..bmi etc are just numbers somebody came up with so that they can prey on us and make us feel worse about ourselves than we sometimes do....then, they make us want to try and buy some dumb product that is going to melt the fat off of us while we are asleep.No exercise required!

Actually what the BMI does is drive up life insurance rates. I remember getting my life insurance about 4 months after having my last child and because of my BMI the rate I was quoted was bumped up.

BMI is a load of crap. Any personal trainer, gym, doctor, or sports nutritionist will tell you that its a joke and should be avoided.

The best way to tell if youre fat is to use a good pair of calipers. Anyone remember the old cereal commercial that said "If you can pinch more than an inch" youre carrying around too much body fat.
