I have been very low on energy lately. I am not sure why but earlier this past week I noticed I would get tired more readily than usual. this weekend has been the worst. I walk my dogs everyday for about a mile and don't notice the difference there but any real physical activity I do. I cut my grass today and at the half way point I was so exhausted that I had to stop and rest. A 5 minute rest and water and I was able to continue. Now where I notice this lack of energy the most is in bed if you know what I mean. I cannot perform like I should and my wife is not happy. She wants me to see a doctor but I want to try energy pills first. This happened before many years ago, over 10, and I took some recommended pills and they worked great but the stores don't carry it now. can anyone recommend some pills to try? Thanks.

My favorite energy product is Awakening (http://www.oxynutrition.com/awakening.html - broken link). It is currently on sale at a 25% discount.

I think you should listen to your wife. It could be a blood pressure issue. You dont want to mix that with energy pills for sure.

If you are on any medications, check the side effects on them.

If you have been very low on energy then you should try some health supplements as they can give you energy to accomplish your daily activities and keep yourself fit and fine.

I had the same problem and I needed iron. Don't know how iron works for men, but you need to see your doctor and get a blood test that includes tests for anything that could make you so tired.

Default natural healing potential

You should try something natural, food based than pills. I discovered recently all natural product- chaga extract. Works great. Rich of antioxidant, immune support and will give you energy. You will feel better.
