Hey everyone,
I'm proud to announce that over the last year, I've managed to drop some much hated weight and get into much better physical condition overall. I wasn't more than 15 pounds overweight but needed to shed it to both look and feel better.

The problem seems that I just can't seem to get my arms to firm up. I do push-ups (Yuck) and lift weights to strengthen my biceps and triceps. I have decent muscle tone but it is under a layer of flab that just won't go away. My diet is fairly good but I'm not a fanatic. I eat very little junk food, nosh on veggies, watch my calorie intake, eat small portions, etc....

Short of grazing on hay in the pasture, I've done about all I'm willing to do regarding my diet. Also, I do cardio but again, I'm not a fanatic about it.
Has anyone else tried hard to get into shape only to have your upper arms continue jiggling long after you've stopped moving? Any thoughts on other excercises that might target this area better.

Sadly, with elastin, the protein in the skin that provides the elasticity to skin (duh!) it only can stretch and return to its original tension only so much. Many people end up going for plastic surgery for this, but it's not a procedure that's easy to conceal.
