Default Water retention

What is best to help water retention? My ankles get so swollen and my tummy feels like it's going to burst.

are there certain supplements or foods you have tried that have helped?

you should watch your sodium intake and by all means, drink more water! if the swelling persists, you should see a doctor because it could be a symptom of something else.

Also high insulin levels from junk/fast foods can cause edema in the ankles as it partially shuts down the Kidneys or Nephrology. So check the sodium like what sgresident stated and how are the insulin levels .
