Always before bed--always! Before going out--need to get my hair right! Whenever I feel like it, actually! I LOVE bathing!

About nine months a year I take two, one in the morning, one in the evening. It's the Southern California heat, and that infernal sunshine. When I've live in more moderate climates, most of my life, I could get by with one, as I can in the L.A. "winters". My wife thinks I'm nuts, but it's a comfort thing, I just feel better when I'm fresh.

I shower in the morning. It's part of the wake-up ritual. That and coffee get me started. One with out the other just isn't right.

I've always showered in the evening. I feel a morning shower is always a rush.

I always felt that if you take a shower in the morning, by the time you're ready to go to bed you're sweaty, accumulated dirt, and then your pajamas and sheets are always in contact with your body full of germs.

Shower in the morning but like a long, hot soak in the evenings.

If you aren't sleeping very well, the minty smell won't help, mint is a stimulant, you might want to try using a different product in the evening, perhaps lavender, which is relaxing.
