Call your doctor in the morning. If these symptoms continue or get any worse you should get it checked out right away and not wait until morning. Like the above posters said..don't diagnose yourself online, that might be a good place to look up little things but it is not a substitute for a doctor. Don't wait to see if things get worse or not. It is never good to wait. Let us know how you make out!

Anxiety can cause these things. But so can other ailments. I think you should speak to your doctor. Perhaps after a few simple tests, anxiety medication may be all that you need.

Are you under stress, in school, home problems? Your symptoms could be coming from this. Please do not try to diagnose your condition on the Internet. If another problem exists, no one here can diagnose it.

Be well.

Could be one thing or a few.
With the stomach, can you pin point what area it's in?
Get yourself a calendar, track your period.
Next, track the pain. Is it a certain amount of days after your cycle. If so, it could be when you ovulate. This never happened when I was younger but does now.

Does the pain seem to be where your ovaries are? If so you could have cysts.

If you are interested, I can find a decent picture of the female anatomy, might help you to figure out where the pain is coming from.

How much stress are you under? Sounds like you have panic attacks or anxiety.

With the hand & fingers, did you ever injure your back?

Another thing to consider - do you have any food allergies or sensitivities? For instance, my husband and I can NOT under any circumstances consume artificial sweeteners such as aspartame or sucralose (splenda). It causes most of those symptoms you mentioned along with a few others. Sometimes people don't realize that the foods or drinks they are consuming can be causing problems for them.

Definitely get checked out, but it's worth taking a look at what you have been eating or drinking as well.

Good luck!
