This morning, they operated to insert a chest tube to relieve the pressure, and while it was successful, they're saying even after she is released, she'll be homebound on IV antibiotics for 3-4 weeks.

Homefinder hope your daughter gets better soon. Had the flu here too and was warned that pneumonia can come behind it. Kids had the flu shot so that helped I think shorten the duration (still 1 week in) and the severity. You are in our prayers.
