The 1960'a LSD and heavy pills seem to be popular
The 1970's Pot seem to be th drug of choice
The 1980's crack/coke unfortunately ruin many people lives
The 1990's exctasy, Special K and other party drugs seem to be popular
What is the drug of the 00's is it prescription pills, Purple Salivia, or something else?

Prescriptions drugs ... and unfortunately, parents who have kids who abuse drugs don't realize it's their own prescription drugs they're abusing. Parents who take any type of pain medication, mood altering drug, etc., don't realize that their kids are making their own little cocktails right out of their own medicine cabinet.

I have heard its adderall. My friends 17 yr old tested positive for adderall on a drug test. She said she took it to lose weight. I have also seen where kids take it to help them boost their GPA.

`

cold medicines was an issue in early 00's but due to companies changing their makeup or putting them behind the counter America has seen a drop in that problem.
I was surprise to hear how legal Purple Salivia is and drug dogs do not detect it. Only a few states ban it and few others require purchaser to be 18.

These days its not just one drug, its a lot of drugs. The most important things to do are know where your kids are, who they are hanging out with, get to know the friends parents, watch for failing grades, hygiene changes, mood changes, and when they get home, look them in face. Blood shot eyes and pupil dilation will tell you a lot.
