For me it seems to be mid month. Must be when I ovulate. Anywho...I have one day where I work my tail off cleaning everything in sight. The next two days I am totally worthless and either crying or complaining. Once every 3 months or so I have a day where I think I am actually insane. If I get pushed by kids or anyone....well, you don't want to be in the room.

I get 'very' tired, exhausted, groggy, fussy, a smidgen more emotional, but not sensitive to the point where I lose it, go crazy, yell, or am unbearable. I don't get cramps, used to when I was a teen, not anymore.

I might be the odd one out... but I've never allowed any biological function of my body to be an excuse to be a a$$... to anyone.

I suffer from migraines constantly (and the one right before my period is horrific and no meds will take care of it)... but I will never allow the suffering that comes with those to define my personality or my treatment of others. And gawd help me if I did. The day I'm feeling good, all those I treated like crap would be there to make that one day miserable. Payback is not fun... least not for me.

Ever try cranberry juice to ease away the cramps? Works for me. And you can find it in the grocery store while the BF is picking out bread!

I remember having horrible pains with my periods, I would use a heating pad on my stomach to help.
I don't have to go through it anymore, but I can sure understand what others are going through.
I can be irritable when I'm hurting from anything though.

I hate my period. It makes my moods up and down and drains me like nothing else. Also if there is any sickness going around I'm sure to catch it because my immune system goes down as well. And when I'm on it it hurts like nothing else. I will welcome it with open arms and do a happy dance.

I don't remember anything but the incredible pain associated with it. I could do anything but soak in a hot tub for comfort. Being spayed was the best decision I ever made for myself. I don;t remember a moodiness with it, just the pain.

This thread is more suited to the Health & Wellness forum than Relationships, so it's being moved over there.

I had PMS really bad when I had periods, I had cramps as a teen, but they got better as I got older. Now I have menopause. Am I ever going to feel good again??? I have to say menopause is getting better.

LMAO. I've never heard of that. I'll try to remember that next month.
