So I was looking to diversify my morning workouts and I came across and old VHS Firm abs tape. It is comprised of 5 5-8 minute ab workouts and I kid you not, it felt like I was a begginner. I remember using them a while ago and I can honestly say that if you use them daily the inches will fall away from you mid-section.

Anyway,

I got to thinking how much (with the exception of Taebo and Denise Austin), how most of the workout tapes of today are a total rip-off.

Am I the only one who thinks that the earlier versions of the Firm
(work-out series) are still one of the most effective home workout videos?
