That might be a good idea - running with anything in my stomach has been a negative but watered down who knows?

I've been Googling Splenda vs Asparame (sp) seems like they might be equally risky or non-risky.

Exactly as i always drink hot green tea in the morning before i go to the gym to workout. Not only you get a tad of caffeine but it's polyphenols the EGCG'S are powerful against heart disease, certain cancers and it is also anti aging .
