I'm not a PT or any type of specialist but I have gone through 6 plus weeks of PT for a toren rotater cuff and now myself am also getting ready for surgery to correct it.

I would suggest trying to stretch at least 3 to 5 times a day and do like 5 to 10 sets of 10 to 15 reps per exercise. Stretch until you feel soreness and then try to push just a little bit more and then hold it there for maybe 10 to 15 secs each time. I would also go to YouTube and watch a bunch of different videos on stretching. I did a post shoulder surgery exercises and here are the results:

My mother is suffering from a rotator cuff injury and she is considering these DVD's.

Can anyone comment? Did you try this product or can you recommend another one?
